Do you complain a lot about your life?

A lot of people love to complain on a lot of things, nearly everything from their life, their job, spouse, office, colleagues, weather and even the government. But most people will just complain and not do anything to solve those problems they are complaining about. This does not help at all. And yet, it is human nature to complain a lot. Maybe people should appreciate what they have more? What about you, do you complain a lot about your life?

I complain about just as much as anyone. If I notice it's raining outside and it's a workout day so I can't run, I will cuss up a storm. Everything seems to anger me.

Maybe it's better to change your mentality a little and try to think more positively?

I try not to complain because I think that you only make yourself more miserable doing so. I also believe that you attract what you think about. So if you spend your time complaining about things, you are more likely to attract more of those same things that you are complaining about in your life.

Think negative and you will attract negative people. :)

Well, I can't deny complaining every now and then but, sometimes, I find my complaints very trivial or could be sorted out with some simple solutions from my own actions. Some complaints that really involve important aspects in their lives shouldn't just be mentioned but, should also be settled if they do really want something to change for the better, continuous complaining wouldn't really do much and would just make one's outlook too poor.

I rarely complain about my life. Does complaint better our life? If not why we waste time on this? Maybe we can do something for a better life when we complain about it. In the other hand I content with what I have. I agree that "a person will be always happy when he content with what he owns".

No, I wouldn't say I complain a lot. I can't stand people who do complain all of the time. It makes everyone around them feel sorrowful and not want to be near them. Then they complain because nobody likes them. My Mom kind of complains a lot. She's always frowning. If she makes a dinner, she turns around and says it's not good enough. Even now, as she's decorating for the holidays, it's not good enough. She's forever putting herself down and that makes things really awkward.

It's true that people who complains a lot will make the people around feeling down. I've experienced that before since I have few friends who are like that. Maybe the only thing we can do is to make them think differently?
