No More Tax Free Cigs

We have always purchased our cigarettes at an Indian Reservation, where they are tax free. We get them for $20 a carton this way, a definite money saver. But now the Governor of NY State has signed a bill making it illegal for cigarette wholesalers to sell their cigarettes to Indian Reservations that do not charge tax on cigarettes. http://www.cnycentral.com/news/news_story.aspx?id=235447 Do you get your smokes at a reservation?
