The factory where I worked employed over 1000 people. Over a period of years, and many working hours, one gets to know numerous people quite intimately. Of course in a work-place that large there were many young married couples. In fact, I worked with two such couples, and soon became quite familiar with their lives both in the factory and at home. Each couple had three young kids under 5 years of age. Their interests were so much the same, that they enjoyed being together both at work and in their leisure hours. In time this close friendship lead to a congenial marriage breakup that found both husbands switching wives, and children. This new relationship was perfect for the Mothers, but the Fathers missed their children, so to solve the problem and give each couple some free time to enjoy their new mates, they decided that on every other weekend each couple would host all six kids. Can you imagine a family of 6 kids, all 5 years and under? What a circus!

Hello barehugs. It is hard to imagine such a switch of marriage. I guess that their children will not be happy with their parents this way. Anyway, everything can happen.

I think everyone should have some free time for themselves. The big problem is that corporations have taken the science of extracting work from people for the least amount to the level of high art. I would let my people who work for me get the most out of their lives without sacrificing the business. They would be out of a job if I go out of business.

Yes thats Big Business, as compared to Small Business. Nobody gets any thanks from big business. The weekly paycheck says it all! Your sentiments are commendable, but wouldn't work where nobody knows the Employer, and the Employer doesn't give a $hit because he is actually the Share Holders.
