Your Girlfriend Is A Smoker!? Yuck!

That's what I used to get all the time. Before I broke up with my most recent ex girlfriend, that's all I'd hear from people.
Alright, so I used to totally go out of my way NOT to date a girl that smokes. I decided to give my most recent ex girlfriend a chance. A chance at being with me because she smokes. So here was my rules.
I will NOT kiss you unless you:
1. Brush your teeth regularly.
2. Chew a piece of bubble gum after every cigarette.
Wait, isn't there more? No. Two simple rules and she complained and complained. This relationship ultimately ended because I was tired of her complaining so I stopped talking to her. She sends me a text saying "it's not gonna work." No crap.
So what are your policies to dating when it comes to smokers? Are YOU a smoker and have had trouble finding a girl because of it? I would love tons of feedback on this topic because I've had to deal with girls that wanted to date me but I wouldn't because they was a smoker. Thanks!

Tray, it´s gender-centered again, LOL.
I don´t like dating guys who smoke because I don´t smoke and I don´t like the smell of it. i could smell if someone smoked a few hours ago. It just stays and stinks. Even with my friends, I don´t like them surrounding me when they are smoking. I´m not a health freak but I hate the stink that stays in their hair, their clothes, their breath, their whole presence. For me, I set limits. I dated two guys who smoke (separately, of course, LOL) and they don´t smoke around me. They don´t smoke when they know they are meeting with me, so it´s cool. It´s just one rule for me: If you smoke (even once) don´t show up.
I hope you don´t smoke, too, judging from the ¨rules¨ you make.

Thankfully, I am not a smoker. I am also not a health freak either so this might confuse some girls. Thanks for the reply!

I am not a smoker, but my fiance dips. I don't care that he dips, and I'll even kiss him while he's dipping. Yes, that includes frenching. I don't like the idea of kissing smokers, and am glad that he doesn't, but I have when he's smoked once.

That's the most disguisting thing I've ever had the displeasure of reading. You will kiss him even while he's dipping? I think my lunch will be brought up real quick with just the thought of all of that dark, slimy juice rolling around his mouth. Thanks but no thanks, I'm done.

I once took a girl out, and we were going to a movie when she lit up in my car and I took her straight home. The problem with girls who smoke is the nicotine. Nicotine goes all through her system, and then comes out of her pores. I love the wonderful smell of a girls hair, (But not if she smokes) I love the smell of her skin,(but not if she smokes and the sad thing is. . . if you smoke you can't smell anything let-alone the smoke coming out of your pores. I love the sweet taste of a non-smoking girl, (need I say more?)

how about you? Do you smoke? I dislike guys smokes as well. none of my ex boyfriends smokes,I glad about that.
smoke is bad for our health,especialy bad around with people who do not smoke,I hate that..they smells bad.
but some girls they does smoke because they think they look COOL i think...hehe who knows

My husband is a smoker and I am not. It grosses me out sometimes, but it isn't really a big deal in our relationship. I have gotten used to it. I guess it's an issue for some smoker/nonsmoker couples, but to each their own.

I had a terrible experience with a girl who smokes. She's years older than me, like a 5 year gap or something. We dated once. To cut the story short, we kissed. That kiss made my mouth taste and feel like an ashtray. It took me days to take the smell and taste out of my mouth. I never thought it could go that serious. It took me lots of brushing ang gargling.

wow you are different, its only now i encounter a guy that does not really like females who are smoking..i have guys who are smokers and though they don't say it but its ok for them to see girls smoking and have gfs that smoke too... well i dont smoke but i've tried it,and it was not addictive for me..
well my husband did not complain when i tried smoking but i guess he was also glad i was not attached to it because it do leave a smell..lol and a tarte...good for you you are not a smoker!

I'm a girl, I've never somke, and my boyfriend don't somker, too. To tell the truth, i don't like smell cigrette at all, I think it's really awful. So i don't like to stay with someone who somke. Maybe now many people don't like to stay the one who likes to smoke, because it's bad for our health.

Well Tray I will have to admit I am a smoker!!! EWWW i know its not something im proud of or tell everyone when i first meet them.. LOL and I know Im not a male either but... The way I look @ it is if you dont like it then Oh well we are into for eachother then.. I do what I do and am not going to change for anyone but myself... I plan on quiting one day soon though... hopefully before my son starts to understand what smoking is... Just becuase It will really influence him. My mother smoked, I smoke, My boyfriends mother and father smoked, he smokes, and thier parents ect.ect.. So It is a goal for me to quit one day soon.

i also hate the girls who smoke.it;s a very bad habit to herself nd other people .so try to stop your gf or relativals not to smoke
