Tips for be healthy in winter...........................

this is the winter season. And in this season we can fall ill. specially small babies have most of the problems in this season. i want to give some suggestion about this. If we are suffering from cough and cold then we can use honey and ginger. we can use a reap guava for the treatment of cough. If we are suffering form cold then we can use black pepper with a glass of hot milk. And after some time we feel very relax. If our nose is block because of cold then we can use 2 or 3 drops of mustard oil in our nose. and we feel very relax. I have more tips about that . i share with you later. till that use these tips and get benefit. Every body can use these tips. if he is an adult person or a small baby.

yes,using honey and ginger to fight against cough and cold is a method i often use.in the winter ,we eat mutton to keep warm and strenghten our body's resistance to disease.

The best thing is to not get a cold in the first place. the way to prevent colds is to wash the hands after being out in public. Keeping the hands away from the eyes nose and mouth will also help to prevent getting colds and the flu. These germs enter the body through these openings.
