What's your favorite kind of spaghetti?

While everyone likes the basic spaghetti, there are always different kinds out there. I like to have baked spaghetti at times. It's kinda like a casserole, and it's very good. It's especially good when it's covered in good cheese. Mmmm lol

I love pasta. I've never tried baked spaghetti. Do you cook the pasta, add the sauce, cover it with cheese and melt it? My favorite way to eat spaghetti is with crushed red pepper on it and a little olive oil on it instead of a tomato based sauce. Sometimes, I'll grate a little bit of cheese over it.

That's prettu much it. I brown the meat, and cook the pasta. Mix the two with a jar of spaghetti sauce. Sometimes I'll add cheese to the mix. Then I pour the mixture into a casserole pan, cover it with cheese, and bake it at 375 for 20 minutes. It's very good stuff.

Well, some people might add different ingredients and such. It just depends on where the person is, and what their tastes are.

Hi CrSunrise, I haven't tried baked spaghetti - we usually have it with tomato sauce or the white creamy sauce. But from what you have posted, it sounds good - I shall give it a try!

I love spaghetti with aldfredo sauce or in four cheese sauce (more cheese, more fun!). But some days ago, at a dinner, I tried spaghetti with tuna and a sauce made of chipotle (a mexican kind of chili) and sour cream. It was surprisingly good. Let me tell you, I don't really love tuna and chili is not my cup of tea, so to speak. So I got really surprised with ths taste. Too bad I didn't think about getting the recipe :( I'll ask for it next time I see the cook :)

Home made, my way. It's quick and it is really good. It is basically just prepared pasta, tomato sauce and ground beef. The key is that there has to be plenty of tomato sauce and the ground beef needs to be cooked and seasoned to perfection before you add it to the mix. When it is all mixed together just slop a pile on your plate and chow down.
