Faith gives hope, hope gives motivation, motivation gives results.
Therefore to lose weight successfully, the mind must be at the right condition, which mean, have faith in what you do and have good hope that you will go slim and keep doing it until you see results.
Happy slimming and Happy holiday

very nice article. Thanks for the information. I prefer to be slim and i am now. I used to eat not that often because i feel there is like that something on my stomach that i can resist to eat more. That is why i maintain my figure and i exercise every Saturdays and Sundays of the month. I do had faith in being slim that's the fact. I'm glad to know the article thanks. Happy posting Jenaisle!

I have also heard that you have to see yourself thinner.....if you keep on seeing yourself as heavy then you stay that way. I know for a fact that having faith in the program helps as my sister goes to weight watchers and loves the program...she has lost 25 pounds and kept most of it off!

Yeah, come to think of it, it really does. If one doesn't believe that the workout he/she will be doing would help him/help, it probably wouldn't. That person wouldn't be motivated enough to follow the program and could possibly stop somewhere in the beginning or in the middle. It does help if one believes that it'll work. It will keep him/her going until he/she reaches the goal.
