Well, Someone Tells me What is Means By "Vista"???. Because I just heard its United States city. is this truth???

I don't know of any city in the U.S. named Vista. The word "vista" means a view of something, like if you're standing on a mountain looking at the vally below. So, Microsoft's operationg system, Windows Vista, really means Windows view.
