best & worst thing

what is the best & worst thing you found out about your company..?I mean being as an employee.. I think my company has really got a brand image in world & it is considered as best in its field..I feel good to be associated with such company.. The worst thing is that I am just at the entry level right now..whereas I want do a lot for the company which they do not allow at this stage.. Moreover I would like my company to organize some charity work for society.. Thanks in advance for your sharings..

The best thing about my (recently former) company was the family atmosphere. My boss was a woman and she treated everyone like they mattered. But, the worst thing about my company is that she turned out to be a fake. The parent company made her adjust the budget and I was laid off. Soon afterwards the union that represented many of the employees at the parent company started making moves towards organizing my (former) company and my (former) boss became very ugly towards all of the employees who she had previously considered as *family*. She showed her true colors and the union was voted in. Good for them!
