i love to read, but i can't read just anything. i only read fiction- "chick lit" and christian fiction. i can't read non-fiction because it usually bores me. lol and i don't like reading anything too heavy that requires too much thinking. not to sound shallow- it's just that i look at reading as my escape and a way for me to relax and unwind, and i don't want to have to do so much work when i read. i just want to be able to sit back and enjoy it and not have to think so much. :)

Although I will pretty much read anything that is interesting, my tastes lend more towards fiction. Right now, my current addiction is paranormal romance genre. If you are not familiar with them, they are romance novels with fantastic elements, like vampires, demons, werewolves, fairies, etc. I like this genre because it combines two things that I like very much: the guaranteed happy ending and the fantasy elements. There are many good writers out there who write this genre. My faves would include JR Ward, Christine Feehan, Kresley Cole and Karen Marie Moning, to name a few.

I read a lot. I mostly enjoy fantasy and supernatural books, like Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, those sort of authors, and a lot of really cheesy vampire books. also, a lot of teen fantasy fiction is as good, sometimes better, than that aimed at adults. but the cheesy vampire books are usually my favourites. I love Twilight, The Vampire Chronicles, Anita Blake and so on.

I like to read fiction mostly detective stories. So no doubt Agatha Christie is my favorite. Her best one that i have read so far is Murder of Roger Ackroyd, Then There were none. Other than that I like to read Sidney Sheldon as well. I started off reading with Enid Blyton books(The secret seven).

I am a avid reader and I read all types of genres. My favorite books are historical romance (the ones that have actual historical events and figures in them). I also enjoy reading non fiction, history mostly, and general literary fiction. As for my recommendations, I would read anything by Bertrice Small, Linda Lael Miller, and Julie Garwood.

I love Chinese Cinderella, it was written by Adeline Yen Mah based on her true story. When I read it, I really cried, it really touched my heart. Now I am reading Falling Leaves (same author) so I am expecting a lot of tears again.
