Do you think it is appropriate for men to wear Santa hats in church?

I was just wonder what others think about this. I know it is the Christmas holidays, and it has always been the respectful thing for men to remove their hats when they enter a building.
There were a few men at church yesterday with santa hats on.
Should the remove your hats in church apply to santa hats?

I would have to say that it would truly be up to the preacher and to those who are involved in the church (other then the members) as to whether or not it would be acceptable. As it is the Christmas season, I myself would have no problem with it, but if one is offended then the hat should be removed if only to respect the person to whom it offends.
