I don't use any salt, it has been proven that there is more than enough salt in our food without us adding to it, too much salt is bad for you, and I just hate it when people put salt on their food even before they have tasted it, how do they know that it needs extra salt?

I hear that, sister!!!! Some people are just addicted to salt. I try not to use too much at all.
