Has anyone tried the "Let's Do Lunch" diet?

It evidently centers around eating foods that will eliminate cravings for refined sugar, flour and potatoes, etc. - foods that add to weight gain.

I think that the best way is to eat in little amounts and frequently. This cuts down on food cravings and nibbling food in between.

This is true, but I like to have a plan of some kind to follow.

I've never heard of it but I do know from experience that a low carb, high protein diet is a great way to lose weight and to keep it off. The cravings for refined sugar do go away after awhile, especially if you replace it with something else. Flavored bottled water was a lifesaver for me when I was low carbing several years ago and I still drink it.

I've done most of the various kinds of diets but always still had the cravings and was always hungry.

I never heard of it, so I don't know what it is like but as you said, if it has a lot of fattening foods, then what is the point?

The diet does not have a lot of fattening foods - it has foods that are supposed to keep you from craving fattening foods.
