I have a regular Nokia cellphone and it dies out after 3 days. I noticed my husband's phone which is an LG, has a longer battery life span like 5 to 7 days. How about yours cellphone? Is it normal for Nokia phones to have only 2-3 days life span only?

I have a Samsung and I really don't know how long the battery life is, I charge it every night so I never let it go down that low. Need to try it.

I got a Nokia phone too and I usually have to charge it only once a week. It used to be 2 times a week but now that I have started to use it less for music/games/etc, I am able to use it for around 5 or 6 days before recharging it. How about your phone? Do you use it constantly or just rarely to call someone or answer a phone call? You might need a new batter.

I do not use my phone for most of the time. I was looking around the Nokia website about how long batteyr life is but I cannot see any mention about it. Yes,my husband has LG phone also and he is not charging it as much as I do. Yes, maybe I need to have either a new battery or upgrade it.;-)

I am using sony ericsson w200i, i use my mobile mainly for browsing web and playing music. I will recharge my mobile every 3 days if i use mobile very less. But when i use my mobile to browse the web and for mylotting, i may use it for hours so my battery discharges easily. In those cases, it discharges in one day. Battery usage is maximum during calling, while using mobile modem, camera.

I don't use it that much with calling. But when I use it I use it for a couple of hours. I used to use it with some games a lot but I don't know what happened that I lost the games. My kids should have deleted them. I use the camera at times too. Now I am beginning to understand why my phone is acting up this way. Thanks for sharing.

I also have a Nokia cellphone. I love Nokia because it is very user-friendly however you have to accompany the charger with it most of the time. I always text my friends so I always run out of battery. Good thing we only need to charge it not buy it everytime it runs out.

Yes, mazark_13 it is a good thing that we just recharge the battery and not really buy battery everytime. It would really be a waste of money if we need to buy it everytime snce cell batteries are very expensive. I don't text my friends all the time but I do call them from time to time. When I text I end up calling them because I tired of pressing the keys.lol;-)

I have an ordinary phone too. You must have been using your phone that much that you are utilizing the power a lot. I don't actually call on the phone most of the time. I only use it once in a while that is why I am expecting that it should possibly have a longer life. I don't bring my charger with me all the time. I don't like charging the phone that much. I am that lazy with it.

I put mine on the charger at night. I have my charger plugged into the outlet next to my bed and I put it on my nightstand. I have never let my battery run all the way out before.

Hi hibiscus, I think the batteries run low according to how much you use it. Is it possible that you use your phone more than your husband uses his? It also depends on how old the battery is. I too have an LG and I use it a lot so it would never last as long as 5 to 7 days. And it really isn't very old. leenie

Hello leenie. Yes, I actually use my phone much more than my husband's but not really all the time. He sometimes just let me use his phone since he is rarely using it. My phone is newer than his phone. I am actually planning to have the battery changed or maybe just have it upgraded. Mel
