contact mylot

i have contactd them a few times but have never gotten a reply from them. ther is things that happen to my account that i don't understand at times . i have ask questions but never got answers.

Hey vinay! Sometimes they get back to you and sometimes they don't! They take their time in answering. They are very busy. And I have written to them many times and not gotten any response at all! So I would suggest that you wait a few days and then try to contact them again. That's what I do. But, don't be surprised if they don't answer and you have to keep trying!

In the past when I was new member. I contacted Mylot admin twice because I had problems about the payment. They did reply me so soon. Perhaps I got their reply within one day and they solved my problems. I really appreciate to it. I think you haven't received their response for a week, I wonder whether this is because they have Christmas and New Year holiday? Perhaps you can try to contact them later. Good luck! I love China

Yes I have contacted them several times. Sometimes but not always I also received a responce from them. I think it also depends on the reason you contact them and they surely would have to hire extra staff to be able to respond to all of us

Hi vinay..I have never had to contact Mylot as far as I can remember, but have heard some people have yet haven't heard from them for ages maybe they are getting better in answering posts now..littleowl

I think I have contacted Mylot a couple of times since joining with them. I never get a reply from them either.

no i dont have any problems with mylot thats why i never contacted them..

Hi vinay049, I have never written to mylot but wanted to before, I don't even know admin's website but hope you will hear from them soon as its a holiday time so that is why its slow. Tamara

From my experience, they only took actions, they never actually replied to me. So from what I know if something didn't work for you, try it each day, they might have fixed it but you haven't noticed.
