Have you ever called for a postage paid return label? When I first started getting these unwanted items, I had to argue to get the postage paid now it's just a selection on the phone and it's done. Something good for 2009 already.

Congratulations! I just received a bill by e-mail for an account I closed several months ago. Each time I hear from them, they end up sending me a cancellation number, but they say they don't recognise it when I give it as a response to their bill. These things can be so complicated! How wonderful that you were able to get it done without the hassel!
