interesting topic. It seems people gain weight due to stress or sometimes due to lack of sleep. Unfortunately, stress, to many, has become a normal condition in these trying years. For some it is accompanied by lack of sleep... It would be best to drink lots of water and replace high-sugar, high-fat foods with high-protein and high-vitamins and high-minerals foods. less on rice/bread more high-protein rice/bread more fruits and vegetables less machine aids, more walking, brink walking cheers
