Cabriolet or Passion?

Great news for me! I just got my configuration email for my Smart ForTwo, and now I am faced with the ultimate decision. Do I go with the Cabriolet (convertible) or the Passion model? I've always wanted a convertible, and this is the perfect opportunity. However, (with the cabrio top up) I like the look of the Passion more (and it saves me $3K). I still have a couple weeks to submit my final decision, but for now I just can't think which I would prefer.
Does anyone out there have any suggestions?

Hello, cassleiner. I do not own a Smart Car but would love to have one. If I were faced with your choices I would chose the Passion because the vehicle is so small I would want to have all the protection possible in the event I was in an accident. Either choice you make is going to be a great one; happy motoring!

These vehicles are actually very safe, more so than many other vehicles.
If you see me out there on the roads in my Smart Car, be sure to wave!
