How many Unresolved discussions do you have?

I just noticed the tab on MyLot that says "Unresolved".. I have a lot of discussions that I started that I haven't picked a best response for yet. So I decided to go through and give a best response for every discussion I started that had at least 10 responses. One of them was a REALLY old discussion, I bet the person I picked will be confused since it's been so long since they responded to it. lol
I still have a lot of open discussions but they haven't hit 10 responses yet so I'm going to wait awhile before I make a decision.
How about you? How many do you have? Do you wait to give a best response? When do you decide to give a best response?

I had three pages of unreolved discussions and just yesterday I went through all of them. There were some that were from back four and six months ago. I now only have six unresolved discussions. I like to generally go a week and than pick a best response. But for some reason there were some that were from back four and six months ago. I will have to keep a closer watch on that so I don't take that long to pick a BR.

same is true for me, sunshinelady. i have some unresolved discussions so long ago, too. it was because, by twist of fate, i left doing mylot for years. so, when i got back, i still have to pick the best response yet. it was not easy to do as seemingly, i do not have the mylot feel anymore.
now, although i have promised to myself to do this task a week from posting, i haven't kept up to it. there are some reasons that crop up which cause the delay. now, come to think of it, we owe it to those responders to resolve the discussions within a reasonable period. so, let's do it.

it is good to be picking the best response after a week from posting. this means that i do resolve my discussions after a week from posting regardless of how many responses i may have had.
since you have the habit of waiting for at least ten responses posted per discussion before resolving any, then, at that rate i surmise that your discussions are a good picker for responses.
i have discussions which get only one to four responses, heavenunaware. it is good to know that your discussions really rate well and good here in mylot.

Ohh no, I have a lot of discussions that only have 1 or 2 responses and I have one that has 0 responses - I'm lucky if I get 10 responses to a discussion so that might be why I have so many in my unresolved area. I was away from MyLot for about a year or so and before I left, I had some discussions that I forgot to pick a best response for so now that I'm back - I tried to take care of that. I hope, now that I'm back.. I can come up with some interesting or fun discussions that interest more people. I love a good discussion!

I think I have three. I usually try to resolve all of them the last week of the month, but started almost none in December. I may start some new discussions this month, since the holiday frenzy is over. I have gotten some best responses in the last month from discussions over two years old. I had twenty four pages of unresolved at one time, and that is why I started trying to resolve them each month.

Well I just noticed this tab to day as well. I had just figured out that you have to mark a BEST ANSWER before the discussion can be resolved. I will be resolving some discussions today.
