To help keep healthy in winter, better to care about water temperature when washing.
Here are some advice for you,
Brush teeth using warm water about 35-36.5 C
Wash face using cold water about 10 C
Wash feet using hot water about 55-70 C
Besides, it is important to keep your head, your back and your feet always warm.

I prefer always warm water when washing myself. I know that contrast showers are very good and healthy but I like the feeling I get from hot water falling on me.
By the way, I have heard that washing feet in the summer and winter is two totally different things. In the summer you want to cool down and the best way to do it is rinse your feet in cold water. In the winter, yes - keep your feet warm!

Eww I cant stand brushing my teeth with warm water it just doesnt feel clean to me lol. I always use cold water. When I was my face I use warm water. I dont wash my feet unless they are dirty from walking barefoot and I dont have time to take a shower right then and I dont want my feet to get the floors dirty. Then I would wash them in warm water as well. I like to take very hot showers the hottest I can stand.

I never knew this. I love to use hot water, even in the summer time. Thanks for the useful information.
