What are your new years resolutions? How many resolutions do you have? Do you always create new years resolutions and do they generally change year to year or do they always seem to be the same resolutions? Also, how often do you manage to keep them?

New Years Resolutions are just too overrated. You make some stupid resolution like " I am going to lose wait" but here is the thing...without the motivation and willpower that does you nothing. If you want a true resolution? Ask yourself if your willing to go the distance before you make it.

This year is the first year I have decided to mak a new years resolution. I have decided to eat healthier, I am ating lots of fruit and veg and drinking plenty of water. I have cut out a lot things like biscuits, cakes and fatty foods. So far I have kept to it and I am feeling a lot healthier or it.

I generally make most of my plans/resolutions when it comes to my birthday instead of New Year's. I do try and think of what I want in the new year ahead. This year I decided that instead of preventing bad habits, I would focus on what I want more of in my life: more travel, more time with friends, etc. I think that people know what needs to be changed in their lives all year round. It doesn't hurt anyone to make resolutions, but most of us are so negative about ourselves and know our own weaknesses so well, that I don't think that resolutions end up being positive, so most people end up breaking them before January has even ended. We all need to give ourselves a break, be kinder to ourselves (and others), and look for the goodness we want in our lives. Try and think about what makes us and the ones we love happy and try and get more of that into our lives. It will be a better world if we do that.
