What shall I do this evening?

You inspire me. I find, more and more, lately that if I have a free evening I will just lie in bed and watch TV. Not very productive is it? Believe it or not I have lists of things to do but I keep procrastinating and never get anything done. I am crocheting a receiving blanket for my daughters new baby and if I don't hurry up he will be here before I get it done. For that matter he may be here and in kindergarten before it's ready.

You could write them all on pieces of paper, fold them, mix them up and then pick on. Then, if you're like me, the one you picked would be the one you really didn't want to do. Toss that paper and choose again, until you find the one you really want to do. Our minds hide things from us.

Sounds like a wonderful opportunity! I always struggle when this happens, too. What to do, what to do? The best way for me to figure it out is to do what pops into my mind first, or most often when I'm making my decision. More often than not, I decide to work in my art journal because that's usually what's on my mind the most. In your case, it looks like knitting popped in there first . . . so maybe a little of that and, if you have time, a little of the other things, too! :0) Have fun!

Hmmmm so many options how do you decide ? How bout some embroidery ? That's quite relaxing to me, but then again, most of those options are relaxing, although I don't know how to knit yet, i'd like to learn tho. Let us know what you decide on
