I think Rhonda is really gonna kick my butt in the coming weeks...

Rhonda is my "personal ifit trainer", she tells me what to do on my eliptical. I just finished and 8-week beginner weightloss program in 6 weeks with her and am ready to start the intermediate program. The beginner sessions were all 30 minutes long, 4 minutes to warm up, 22 minutes of Rhonda dictating what to do next, and then 4 minutes to cool down. Most of the sessions were ok, but quite a few of them were BORING. The intermediate sessions are 30-45 minutes and the pace is up to 80 RPM, the beginner one topped out at 60 RPM. I'm really looking forward to this next set because I don't think the beginner helped me at all. Anyone else use the ifit programs for your exercise machines?

I did for about 4 months and I just can't stick to it. I lose all the weight I want so I quit exercising. I really felt good. Good luck on that eliptical that thing kicked my butt all the time. OMG!

You have to do the begginer course to get you used to the next stage she is building you up slowly. Why don't you listen to the music you like as that passes the time and you can get into some rhythm. I have never bothered with personal trainers myself just go jogging a few times a week or aero bic running slow ,fast, faster for a couple of hours aweek,it cost nothing do some strectches before you start and start slow then build up,after the fastest bit slow down slowly and there you are you have warmed up and had your excercise and warmed down and you have not parted with a penny.or cent.I do feel sometimes it is a bit of a con all this paying out for personal trainers,if you cannot get out one day put some lively music on and jig around the house ,run up and down stairs for five minutes or ride your bike for thirty minutes a day, there you go that has not cost you a penny, and eat a balanced diet, drink plenty of water. All tha is for free.

Oh, this isn't a real person, she's the woman on my cartridge that goes into my eliptical machine. There's no way I could do a live personal trainer. Until we bought this machine for my husband, I always did the "free" workouts too! Right now it's too cold though to walk outside in the mornings like I used to do.
