how do you beat stress?

stress is becoming one of the top reasons why people get sick. i beat stress by laughing and having fun with my friends. how do you beat stress?

For me I beat stress through sleeping. If I can get lots of sleep my mind is fresh and ready to do anything. That is how I manage stress, just sleep.

well according to me the best way to beat stress is to spend healthy and fruitful time with your family members and friends. By doing this it really makes that person more emotionally stable and stronger.

I beat stress by finding things to enjoy about my day, whether it's spending time with my husband, daughters or grandkids, or with friends...doing things around the house or going online. Attitude is an important part of stress reduction so I try to have a good one as often as possible.

well, that's how i do it sometimes... bt oi learned that doing something i like also releases me from stress. like baking... sometimes people around me worries that i get tired of baking. But the truth is, no! i feel happy doing it... it's how i release stress...

Stress is common in human life, we all do experience stress due to work and othe personal issues that we encounter. The best way we can beat stress is to find ways and means to illimenate it. Find the stress factor, dig deeper to solutions on your problem and share it with your circle of friends and relatives, in a way by sharing what's on you mind, they can help you in dealing with your stress. Also, it is important to take a break at some time. Although being hard working is beneficial, it can be stressful at times so the best way to ease this is take times on breaks. have a break, read a book, talk to friends, unwind, this in a way diverts yourself to the stressor.
