I have a Ferret

I used to keep ferrets, and breed them. One of the things they like best is to have a live mouse in their cage. The mouse would run around the top of the cage and the ferret would follow it for a while before finally pouncing on it and eating it. When the pregnant female was about to deliver, we separated her from her mate. She has to be kept very quiet. If she is disturbed she will eat her young.
