What makes you fond of popular songs?

People like popular songs not necessarily because of the music. Some like them because of the texts, which depict the feeling, life of ordinary people at different ages and in different stages. Young people especially like bilingual songs, just a couple of phrases or sentences help to the world smaller and people closer Do you like popular songs, and for what?

Some of them get into our heads and go swimming around, but they won't go away. The beat is probably what does it, but maybe it's the lyrics. In either case, the good ones stay with us.
