Have you ever felt upset towards a customer service officer? I do. One day I went to a cell phone store. I bought a cell phone a week before for my daughter. it was new and they said it was 1 year guarenteed. But only a week, the screen was blank. I tried to restart it but nothing happened. I brought it to the store and saw the customer service. I provided the guarantee letter. I was met by a customer service handling who was a young girl. She asked me to wait for a moment while she was typing something on her computer. I waited for almost 15 minutes, then her mobile rang and she began to talk on her mobile. From the conversation, I could conclude that it was not important. It was just her friend saying hello and they talk funny things. I waited for about another 10 minutes and she had not finished talking. I tried to interrupt her but she gave me sign to wait. After another 10 minutes, I got upset and said angrily that I was a customer and deserved good service. She hanged out the phone call and said that I actually have to see the technician. I was so mad that I slammed at her desk. I saw the manager and complained badly..I do really upset..am I too impatient?? Have anybody endured such kind of situation?

Hey it's not easy to wait more than 30minutes for something that could be done for a shorter period of time. Plus her talking to her cellphone during office hours isn't something that she's entitled to do with other customers waiting. I would also have blown up if I were in your position. Though I haven't had the opportunity yet. But I did blow up with a customer service rep. on my phone for my DSL connection. They kept on asking me the same questions and I gave them every answer and it took them like weeks to get my DSL fixed and they're blaming it on us. I've been telling them that it was no use that they'd send someone during the day because the problem happens at night, but still they'd do the same things, the same tests every time. It was not until I got a talk with one of their technicians that we had solved the problem. Similarly, there was also an incident at a pizza parlor that I called for delivery. I had left my number there but it took them 30mins already and called them up, they simply told me that the delivery man was on his way. Another 30minutes, still they said he's on his way and was not there already. After another hour, I called and found out that the guy hasn't returned back and my order was still in the store. I blew up, talking to the manager and told them to cancel everything! not before giving her a piece of my mind about why they didn't call me up earlier so that I could have canceled and ordered pizza to the other store since my family was hungry and waiting!? Whew! incompetence is surely a disease and it's rampant these days, wouldn't you think so?
