Lately I find myself very stressed out and with that comes thinner hair. I find that everyone tells me what they want but they dont seem to care about what I want. We recently had some friends move in with us and although I like them im ready for them to move out. With this being said I could really use some advice on how to reduce stress. Also if anyone knows a good shampoo that will help reduce my hair loss that would be great. My hair use to be pretty long and thick now its starting to feel thin. I never thought that I would experience something like this so its not a good thing at all. Any advice is much appeciated.

Thank you for your advice. Where can I find Joboba Oil does anyone know? Is this something I can find at my local pharmacy or Walmart? I have been trying every shampoo I can to see what would help. So far the only one that has been somewhat helpful is the new garnier nutris length and strength.
