No Notifications?

I use to get notification if a friend had started a discussion but i haven't recieved one of those in ages...now i still get notify when someone gives me a best response or reply to my discussion or post...

There does seem to be something wrong. I am getting some notifications but not all of them. Some days none at all, other days some come for a while then they stop. It's definately not right yet. I have not contacted myLot about this yet as I just assumed others had done

Go ahead and contact them. I can count three times where I was getting no notifications at all. It took a day or so after I contacted them for them to fix it. At that time a lot of other mylotters were going through the same thing. But there is something else. Three mylotters on my friend list, I get none of their notifications. Just three! I have told mylot, they say they'd look into it, but still, I get nothing from those 3 friends. I feel bad because I miss a lot of their discussions. It takes a long time to find them if I just search through my friend list.

Well, I got this one, but for the most part, I have not been getting any either. I even checked to see if I had everybody turned on. Oooops, not really! Just kidding!*angelic look* OH, never mind, you know what I meant*L* I haven't notified my lot. I have just been stalking people to find out what they are up to.

Hello my friend thebeaddoodler Ji, Well after my joining som e3 months or so back, I never gotr any notifications from myLot any time so far. But i have a problem that I am not able to up-load my photoes after I start discussions, evrything goes well as and when I try to add an image, it will up-load, but once I post, it will take me to Log-in window and my total time for writing would be wasted as after fresh logging-in, it will wipe out in total, what I had started my discussion along with photo. So i have stopped starting of discussion, till it is without adding an image. When I want to contact same my problem I am shown options on different FAQs, and not a window, where I can write my problem. Any suggestions, please do appraise me. may god bless you and have agreat time.

it has been few weeks since i have joined here... in the beginning, i used to get regular notifications, but from a few day, i am not..... good that you have posted this discussion....at least i got to know that many others have this problem too...

I don't have any of mine turned on, but I know quite a few people on my friends list complained to me that they do not get my notifications at all. It has been going on for a few months now.

I have had this problem occasionally. I know others who have as well. I guess it just goes with the territory of being on mylot. I try and look at the "discussions friends started" tab. I usually answer from there. Saves alot on frustration.

This happens time to time with most of the members. I had also started the same discussion few weeks back, as i was not receiving any notification from mylot. After 3-4 days, my inbox was flooded with emails from mylot. Again it happened after 4-5 days, with the same result. Now from quiet sometime it's okay. Be patient, the glitch will be removed on its own. Happy mylotting

I was having that problem a while back but it's fine now. I think mylot read my post because it seemed as soon as I posted it, it was fixed. Everyone kept telling me that it was just a glitch. I did have to go into my friends list and turn some people back "on" because for some reason they got turned to "off", when I didn't do it.

hello thebeaddoodler no you are not the only one around here that isn't receiving any e-mail notifications. now that you have mentioned that, i haven't receive any e-mail notifications at all either. but i have been getting e-mail's from where that i have responded to somebody's discussion thou, when they reply back. but other than that, no e-mail notifications from any of my friend's today saying that anybody has started a new discussion. take care and have a beautiful evening.

I get a notification if someone responds to one of my discussions or even one of my post. I also get a notification if one of my post has received a best remark response. I do not get one when a friend has started a discussion. My email box would be filled up to the max.

I receive notifications for responses on my discussions and of only one friend which I left on. Then I also receive the mylot digest.
