I'm looking for ideas for new things to cook. I'm tired of making the same things all the time. So, what did you have for dinner last night. I'm going to make every dinner that I get a response for! I'm pretty excited to try this. Last night, we had pork roast, sweet potatoes, and corn. The roast was really fatty, so it wasn't that good. Thanks in advance for your responses!

Oh yeah... we love breakfast for dinner too! We haven't had that in quite a while either. I know my boys would be excited to have pancakes for dinner. Maybe I'll even let them start with dessert first. That would be a fun twist! Thanks for responding.

Mmmm... that sounds really good. I haven't had a good burger in a long time. I will put this first on the list! Thanks so much for responding.

I marinated some pork stew in soya sauce, garlic, and tumeric, and salt and pepper then I saueted it in a pan with onions, and red and green peppers. We had it over rice and I also did some frozen Oriental vegetables, but my husband would not eat them. We usually check to see if the meat has been trimmed of excess fat. And if it does, will cut it off. Tonight we are going to have sausage with fried potatoes, but I will have sweet potatoes, and my husband the regular white ones, and I will only have a tiny bit of sausage. I will also make some coleslaw and a green salad on the side.

These are great dinner ideas. The pork stew sounds really good and so does the sausage with fried potatoes. I'll add these ideas to my list.

Well I would not count last night's dinner since I was sick and just wanted to lay down. I just heated up some frozen mozerella sticks, and heated up some pizza sauce and that was dinner. Tonight I am going to do something with ground beef. Have not decided what yet though. I am also going to make some stew with some left over brisket from the other night.

Well, I hope you are feeling better. Mozzarella sticks are really good, though! Now I'm in the mood for those! Maybe we'll have those while we watch the Super Bowl next weekend!

It was soooo cold here yeaterday. We had Vegetable Soup and grilled Cheese sandwiches. I cooked the soup all day and by evening it was deelicious!! Today we are having Chicken and dumplings, biscuits, mashed potatoes and green beans. And I am baking an Apple Pie as we speak.

Can I come over? lol - just kidding! I love the warmth that these meals convey. They are great ideas. I've never made chicken and dumplings - so I'm definitely going to give that a try. Soup and grilled cheese sandwiches remind me of my childhood. Thanks for the great ideas!
