I go to the library once a week. How often do you take advantage of the library? Are you more of a borrower or a buyer?

I love the library! Now I live in a village where there is no library, so I only visit the library once a month, but when I was living in a big town I would visit the library 2 or 3 times a month or more. I still use the same library, I just can't go there that often anymore, so once a month I borrow a huge pile of books. I don't always manage to read them all, but I am trying. I am definately a borrower. I like to borrow the books at first, sometimes I buy them later, if I really like them and want to read them again. I also buy new books sometimes, but I borrow most of the books that I read.

I haven't been to the library in years. I don't know how other libraries do, but my libray lets you check out books for two weeks. I'm too slow of a reader, for various reasons, to read most books in two weeks so it benefits me more to just buy them. Plus, I read non-fiction - history, science, social issues, etc - so I would rather keep the book so I can refer back to it when the need arrises.
