Spending quality time together.

I love spending time with my husband and our daughters. There is nothing that I love more than being at home with them. I was pleasantly surprised when my husband told me that he was getting the day off. One extra day with him always puts me in a good mood. I love just being home with him and the girls, they just make the day pass faster. I get a really good laugh more than a few times,LOL. Today we just hung around the house playing, and laughing. Even making dinner was a family event. The girls were each given a job to carry out and they loved being included. My children are 2 and 3, they love cooking just as much as my hubby. I got such a kick being in the kitchen with them that we even made bannana muffins together. I would love to hear some of your favorite times with your family, anything sappy and funny would be perfect.

Hi CRIVAS, Thank you for starting such a great discussion and it's good to find someone who loves to spend time with their family as you do.You girls are very fortunate to have such parents and to grow up in such surroundings. My children are grown now with families of their own but I often think of the times we spent together when they were growing up. We especially loved playing board games together and cooking together when they were older. You have brought back some happy memories for me. Blessings.
