A friend shared this link with me to a quiz on social anxiety. I scored a 61 which means I have moderate social anxiety. What about you? How do you think you'll do and after you take the test, were you pretty close to accurate? http://www.socialanxietysupport.com/disorder/liebowitz/ I kinda knew that mine was moderate.. I actually thought it would be a little higher. I tend to avoid being around groups of people and I avoid speaking in public at all costs.

Greater than 95 - Very severe social phobia No surprise there then since i'm on anxiety meds!!! And those questions were answered based on how I am on the meds, so I dread to think what the score would be if I wasn't on them!

I scored an 8 but I do not have social anxiety. When I was younger I did and simply learned through time that I am who I am and my world will not crumble if everyone does not like me or what I do. I can sit quietly in the corner or be the center of attention without distress because at the end of the day, it really doesn't matter.

I know I have a problem and this test proves it. 63(fear) + 69(avoidance) = 132. It says, "You have very severe social anxiety". I knew this though. I am glad that this proves it. I have been like this most of my life.

The only time that I will speak in public is in a church setting. I do not like crowds at all. In fact, if there are three people, including me, most of the time I do not want to be there. I feel very uncomfortable. I know that I will be moderate or higher, but I will take the test, just to be sure.

I didn't think mine would be this high at all I got 51 (fear) and 49 (avoidance) so that makes 100 which is very severe social anxiety I am not on any kind of medication for it at all though and it affects my life so much, I guess I didn't want to be a hypochondriac The thing that gets me the most is other people hearing what I say and generally a large amount of people. I get so anxious in my art studio that I quite often have to escape really quickly outside so no one sees me

Before I even took the test, I already knew that I have severe social anxiety. I Could you believe just an hour ago I was crying because I felt so out of place feeling extremely disoriented. When you have social anxiety, you feel like you are going crazy sometimes, especially when you are alone. Social anxiety has caused me to miss out on exciting career opportunities and great friendships. I am even feeling depressed right now about it.
