I feel so guilty even though i did nothing

I am currently losing weight and my mum said my face looks sharper but when i weight myself i was lik, 2 pounds heavier even though i didn't eat a lot that day. I feel so guilty even though i know i shouldn't. I'm not going to spurge on the sweet stuff cos i can control myself. :-) I do exericis on one day (30 min or 20) on the joggin machine and the next day i go out or stay at home and then the day after i do pushups, ab exercise, crunches and wall pushups, a bit of dancing for 30 min. Do you ppl out there think i'm not going to gain weight? (i think partly i'm feeling guilty is cos i'm going to have period really soon.)

If you are exercising and gaining muscle that may explain why you havent lost weight as muscle weighs more than fat. Im on a diet now and i dont wiegh myself i go by how i look and feel and how my clothes feel its the best way really or measure yourself you will soon see you are losing the inches if not the pounds Also if your period is due that can make you heavier as some women can retain water at this time again making you a bit heavier so dont worry too much keep going and sounds like you are doing just fine x
