I'm going to Long Beach, CA for 2 weeks next month!

My daughter lives in Long Beach and I'm going to visit in Feb! She sent me a couple of links to sites that have pictures of the area and I can't wait to get out of this cold and snow in Boston and spend some time in the sun. She lives right on the beach and there is nothing I like more than that! I haven't seen her and my grandson in over 5 years and I'm so excited about the whole thing.
Have you ever been to Long Beach or any other part of California?

I went to San Francisco many, many years ago. It was very beautiful and had nice friendly people. Don't know what it's like now.
Oh, the beach sounds so soothing, nice warm sand, sun warming you all over. I'm jealous.
I asked you in the other discussion how long you were going for..now I know. Enjoy and have a really great time. Keep a journal and let us know what you did daily, lol! Have fun.

I actually have a new journal that I am taking with me just to be able to write everything down that I experience.

How many times I wish I would have done that and I didn't. But, I can always remember to remind other people to do it, duh to me.
You should have some really interesting discussions when you come back, and some pretty cool pictures I bet. Enjoy and have lotsa fun!
