Hi there friends, I have started using Google Chrome as my Internet browser, I think it is a good browser, and better that Mozilla firefox, because once you use a site, it opens as a window, in the screen, so that we you switch on your system , you can see nine different windows. The only problem I have is that there are two windows of Yahoo mail and two windows of Rediff. Can anybody tell me, how I can remove this extra windows and there is one used internet site window also which I want to remove. Can anybody help.

Since somebody else has given a suggetion regarding the speed dial/frequently visited websites I would like to offer my views on Chrome. The system requirement for Chrome is high, so people still having old computer systems with low specifications will not be able to use it. It is fast because of design simplicity and a separate memory thread for each tab. In other words Chrome uses a lot of system resources. Try opening up more than 10 tabs at the same time, with various other programs running, and see how fast a tab is. The size of Chrome is big, requiring around 51Mb for a complete installation. Compare this with Firefox and Opera. Small in size, fast, and can have many tabs open at the same time. Opera can run on an old PC, and had several features like tabs and speed dial long before the other two. all the best, rosdimy

I have never used opera before, and I shall definitely try it. I have the remaining three namely chrome, mozilla fire fox and of course IE. The only problem I am still facing in chrome is that once the nine regularly used sites open as seperate windows, I am not able to remove them from the screen, yesterday as one of our Mylotters suggested I also tried one more site for more that three hours, but that site never came into the screen, and I am still stuck up with two yahoo mail and another useless site. This is the only problem I am facing with chrome.
