Is what a virus? Looks normal to me. Do you mean the fact that it opened the window itself? There are Windows settings to do that - to restore the desktop as you left it.

Hmm, weird. Even weirder is that I remember this happening to me in the past, but I don't remember why. It doesn't sound like a virus - it'd be doing a lot more than just opening a window if it was. You might want to run a malware scan, in case: I use the one from Malwarebytes, which is free and very good. Other than that, all I can suggest is having a look in the registry - I think the stuff that runs on startup is at HKEY_CURRENTUSER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run It's been a while since I did anything with the registry, though, so be careful.

is this the only time it has happened? did you put your PC in Hibernate state? If yes, resuming your windows from hibernate will bring up all previously opened windows on the screen. you might had left system32 openned? do you have system32 typed in your RUN Window and you pressed OK - by any chance? opening of this window doesnt really seem to be casued by virus becasue viruses doesnt do such things, they cause big problems to your pc, this isn't really a problem.

Where and which file you feel that is virus...... Attached screenshot looks normal to me. any way if you have any doubt run antiviris cleaner and adware / spyware cleaner as well, make sure all are having updated database, if there is any virus then definately your antivirus catch it and show some pop up messages.

If im not wrong, It's A bug or Brontok... if u ask me what is brontok, brontok if a virus created by Indonesian... no antivirus can detect brontok... only two thing you can do: First, you must scan your computer manually(i don't know how to).. second, Reformat your computer... or you can find some brontok remover...
