Social bookmarking is adding the site to pages like Digg, Reddit, Stumbleupon and Delicious. The more bookmarks they get, the more likely they are to appear on the front page and get lots of traffic.

NEVER pay for anything up-front. You're doing the work, they should be paying you. There's a lot of online work out there, but the big question is WHAT you want to do. Writing, web dev, coding, scripting, data entry, graphical stuff? Decide what your skills are, then it'll be easier to point you in the right direction. Also, have a look in my profile - there's a "Beginner's Guide" to earn...

The world is already OK. It's humans who aren't - our expectations are limitless and our desires are stupid. Try being happy with what you have and not needing ANOTHER gadget, a BETTER television/computer/car, MORE material goods, MORE money. Enjoy the simple pleasures in life. If you have a roof over your head, food in the cupboard and clothes to keep you warm, that's all you really need.

I use WordPress, but there's no ads on it. You have to pay for an upgrade to put AdSense in - I actually don't want to, which is why I went with them. Blogger has millions of templates and allows advertising. Easy to use and update, too - though it ties into your Google account which can be really annoying sometimes (like when you add an "About me" and it pulls all the info from Google... ma...

Chandler and Monica. Ross's character was underdeveloped (I still think it would've been brilliant to make him gay, or just to develop his feminine side instead of only having minor references to dance classes and so on). Rachel was always just a spoilt little princess who had nothing to say or do. Her funniest moments came from interaction with down-to-earth Monica and Phoebe. It took th...

All those sites have "how to" pages and help. Just read those, you'll be fine.

Article writing is better money, no doubt about that. The blogging can be a source of income or an outlet, depending on what you do with it. For me, it's been a good way to share stuff, to meet some nice online folks and - unexpectedly - to find new clients (they find the blog and contact me).

How about Cuba? Does the US still have a trade embargo with them? Maybe this'd be a good exchange - cigars for, er, cheap labour...

That's the exchange rate. Every currency is measured like that against every other one and it changes by the minute, or even quicker. Most places use a daily rate of exchange. The dollar becoming "stronger" means it's worth more of a different currency (which actually works out well for me, here in the UK, since most sites are US and pay in dollars - so I get more pounds!). I don't know all ...

I finally self-published my book. Well, not THE book - the novel - but a kids' storybook. It's called "My Name Is Pie" and is up on Lulu. There are even pictures for the kids to colour. I am,...

I just had to post this here! I was writing an article and needed to check that the word I used, 'necrophagia', was the correct one. (It means eating dead stuff or poop, by the way... the article was...
