IQ is more important than EQ, or vice versa? Which one is more important to have inside a leader?

I don't think that they're really comparative. I'd want someone who is both intelligent and emotionally aware and balanced.

If had to chose only between the two than I would chose intelligence and hope for wise objectivity and fairness rather than emotional decision making.

Yeah, i agree with you, if a leader are too emotional, than the country will be doomed. Yet, intelligence and emotional is still important for a leader, if they can made it balance...

A leader must be strong in both IQ and EQ. They are both, after all, somewhat subjective, and they're supposed to measure possibilities. A true leader's possibilities must be unlimited. We all want our leaders to be outstanding individuals for the good of all they lead.
