Do you remember your very first "romantic" kiss? Did a relationship grow around it? If so, did it last? My first was in 5th grade, and his name was Jay. I don't remember his last name, but I do remember that he gave me measles! What about your first?

Hi Cobra, When we were kids, I don't remember the exact age, but we played spin the bottle all the time. I kissed a lot of boys but I have to say the first romantic kiss was with my first husband, of course way before we got married. He gave me my first French Kiss. WOW He turned my world upside down. I wonder if he's still a good kisser?xoxoxo leenie

That all seems so long ago, Leenie! At the same time, it seems as if it were only last week or something. The memories that live in our hearts can be so sweet, especially when time blurs the negatives until they're unrecognizable! XOXO, Joanne

Friends from India have explained arranged marriage, and it's really hard to understand. Still, without exception, their marriages are very happy and comfortable. May it last this way forever!

Hey cobrateacher. I received my first passionate kiss at 16 years of age. I met my gf at the seaside where we swam, having a joke. One of her friends was supposed to meet us but "intentionally" she came late so that we could have more time for ourselves. Well our relationship lasted three months

Hi, Ronaldinu! At 16, that's quite an accomplishment. Thoughtful friends help a lot!

Mine was when I was 12 and it was with Joe Fortenberry, only the most gorgeous hunk in the entire world.. He wasn't only gorgeous, he was beautiful also.. It was one of those kisses that made the world stop spinning, mine at least.. It didn't go any further than a few more "dates" and it was my mom's fault, She really thought I wasn't old enough to date, can you believe that.. The person who had just gotten the most earth shattering kiss and I wasn't old enough to date.. Oh well, hubby came along and we had some really good kisses, at least enough to last for 43 years so far, the kisses are still really good.. But, I will never forget Joe..

How sweet! My dad said I couldn't date until I was 21, so we had a lot of big parties, etc. Long, long ago things were very different. And very lovely. I can't imagine why I still remember Jay. Maybe it was getting the measles?!

He gave you the measles! That is hillarious. My first "real" kiss, was from Clay. He is married to my very best friend. My 13th b'day party and we were at his truck and after he gave me my gifts, he leans in to kiss me. I have no IDEA what a french kiss is, mind you. So we peck on the lips, me thinking it's over, and I turn my head. He proceeds to lick and suck on my cheek, all the while I'm wondering WTH? I don't think he ever realized he was making out with my cheek! I guess he thought I had my mouth closed. I laugh at that story 30 years later! Thanks for the memories!

Some of those memories can be a bit foggy, but they're fun anyway. I remember Jay and the measles as if it were a week or so ago, and it was more than half a century ago! Memory Lane is a lovely place...

I remember my romantic kiss I had with my boyfriend now. Everytime I think about it I still get butterflies in my stomach. Although I'm sure it doesn't seem that romantic. Him and I were at this party, and my ex was there. Well we were talking, and my ex was getting really angry. Eventually the girl kicked us out. Even though we weren't doing anything, it was only cause she liked him but he lliked me. We started walking and had no where to go, so we sat under a bridge, and he was comparing his hand to mine (he's 6'5" so hes a pretty big guy) then he grabbed my hand and started holding it. And he just stared at me, then started kissing me. It wasn't my first, but the rest of the guys I have kissed in my life, don't even matter. We've been together for almost 9 months now.

Her's hoping the joy will continue for a long, long time! My husband and I have an incredible relationship, and I wish more couples did.

Custos are much different in India. Here in America, we try out hugs and kisses long before we even know other things exist, so that's as far as "Puppy love" goes. The memories are sweet, but silly!
