For all of you mylotters that have had a goal this year to loss some weight and are accomplishing that feat do you feel different...LIKE healthier or happier? Anything feel different? I feel more energized. I can accomplish more through my day although I still need my coffee...I think that is more my addiction than a need for it to keep me going alllll day. If I don't have my coffee I get VERY light headed. But my body doesn't feel that different...except when I put on my clothes...they aren't as snug!!!

I keep trying with the weight loss. It takes a very motivated person to make any headway I'm noticing!! I don't necessarily feel healthier or happier, but when someone notices that I have dropped a few pounds it give me a huge surge of confidence which is really lacking in my life. I haven't made life changing progress or anything, just about ten-fifteen pounds since my daughter has been born but it's a start. Good Luck With Your Goals!!

Thanks tracie for the response. Weight loss is diffently hard. My friend has lost 70 pounds, but it has taken her almost a year....She is very dedicated and it is amazing how she has accomplished it...I find it WAY easier to loss weight in the summer when I can get outside and do more than just exercise in the house....I have a Wii fit and that has helped me some but it is still hard!!! Good luck to you as well

I do have more energy and my allergies have improved. For some reason, I feel more of a commitment this time to get the job done!

I do have a lot more energy and feel better overall. My allergies aren't as bad (due to eliminating refined sugars and processed grains) and my skin feels better from all the fruits and vegetables I am eating. I also haven't totally let to of my caffeine - for me it's Diet Pepsi - but I have limited the amount I drink significantly.

I've lost about 11 pounds in the last month and I feel more inclined to do things. I know i need to lose more (dr orders) and the feeling better, more inclined to do things, sleeping better and all that just makes me feel more inclined to continue ti try to loose weight. I also find that theres a few pairs of pants i have that just dont want to stay up right now - i'm too cheap to go buy more pants right now so a belt will have to do.

Yay, congratulations on the weight loss first off!!!! I have to say that my goal this year is to do one more "green" thing this year, and i always recycle and I have reusable bags to use at stores vs paper or plastic... I try to keep my lights off most of the day, as long as I can before it gets to dark out.. and i will try to find one more thing to do this year. my other goal is to get organized, and I have done one room a week, trying to reorganize section by section... maybe by summer I will be mostly done... but hey, it may take the year to get to my goal--but I am sticking to it so far and very happy... now I am happy with my weight, I had a baby girl last january, and lost my weight over the year, but I want to firm up with is left, and I will get that back into my schedule... so that will be good. and I want to make money this year, I have been jobless (ok, paycheck-less) being a mom and a house wife, homemaker is 3 full time jobs in once, but we dont get paid for it... so this year, I want some extra money....and I am here working on that.

I recently lost around two stone and definately feel different, not only because i can now fit into smaller clothes, giving me confidence and happyness. But it has left me with new found energy and a sense of wellbeing and generally good health all round. Weightloss definately improves the way one feels inside and out.
