Does anyone know where to get any of the Carol Burnett show seasons? I've tried various places, but they don't have any to order. It's like they don't exist, and that can't be true!

I know I've seen them selling them on tv. I just love the show. I'll sit there and watch the infomercial just to watch some of the classic sketches that they did on that show. Remember the Gone With the Wind scene? Too funny. I did a search and came up with a couple places that say they have the complete series. Now I am not familiar with those companies so you'd have to amke the decision to trust them or not. I do see that Amazon has a couple of special DVD's that look like they have the favorite scenes, so that might be worth looking at.

I bought the ShowStoppers and another compilation of favorite scenes. They don't really compare with the series. You miss a lot of the fun, not seeing what led up to the goofiness. I miss seeing the entire skit of things. Korman and Conway were utterly priceless, torturing each other. Thanks for trying!!

Is she even alive anymore? She has to be up there!! I haven't even heard her name since I was a little kid and even then she was old! I'm sure they have her tapes still she can't be in non existence. Have you tried amazon? they seem to have everything!

yeah, they had her and the crew on a PBS special a couple weeks ago. That's why I'm trying to find her shows. Again. I tried a couple years ago, with no luck. Maybe this time...

Wasn't her show the greatest and the funniest? There hasn't been any thing so funny since her show went off the air back in 1978. I just love her. The first time I remember seeing her was on the Garry Moore Show in 1959. But her cast of character crony Harvey Korman, handsome foil Lyle Waggoner, and lookalike "kid sister" type Vicki Lawrence, really added so much to the show. It was funniest when Tom Conway showed up having them rolling in the isles. Any way I'm off subject. I found a complete set of all 151 Uncut Episodes 6 Seasons on 8 DVDS for $69.95 at http://www.dcmagicbox.com/carol-burnett-friends-dvd-collection.html?gclid=CIf4tNiZt5gCFQRkswodrQaXZw It looks lie a good deal to me too. God luck with them

I loved her shows. I have seen some of them on DVDs at places like Best Buy. It seems that a lot of the old shows are on DVD now.

Thanks for the idea! I'll pass it on to my daughter. She never got to see the series, but really liked the bits she saw on those infomercials. That's why I was trying to get them. She adores YouTube, so I'll pass it along. Thanks!

Hi there snowcat, I also loved to watch the carol burnett show. Its a shame they don't make shows like that anymore. They were so entertaining and now all they seem to air are the reality shows. There must be someplace you can get them from. Have you done a search online for them? That's usually the first place I go when I am looking for something. It saves a lot of hassle going from one store to another. Good Luck in your search finding them. ~proudnana~

I don't buy online. I dislike credit cards. I usually try to look up Best Buy and so on, but haven't checked them for a couple years. We're 50 miles from one, so it's a bit hard to go there! That's why I thought I'd try here for ideas. Didn't realize it had been so long since I'd looked!
