I am watching it. I am a science fiction fan so I am comfortable with the idea of jumping through time. I does explain a lot, how Jacob never appears. If anyone here is in their late fifties and on, they may have watched a show called The Outer Limits, where in one episode, the hero met someone who was between times, after getting caught in time travel, and this person told the hero to go back to where he was when time changed or he would be caught between dimensions. So I think Jacob got caught between dimensions when the Island moved. So in reality the Island is still at the same place but a different time and I think that it will only appear in the present time when Jack and the others return. I do not believe that Dharma was the ones who improved the Island or was in charge - they thought they were. The Others were the first ones and since one cannot age on the Island (one can get killed and if one moves the Island one cannot go back) the first Others like Jacob and Richard might be way older then you think.

The concept of time travel in this manner is interesting. I don't know whether the island is man-made but I do think there are some inherent properties about it that have caused people to invest a lot of time and work and money into finding/exploiting it. The island however is 'protecting' itself in a way and it makes it hard for people who get there to leave or be found. I've seen the original 'Outer Limits' as well as the new ones, and I love the show. Lots of very creepy situations that nibble at your mind because you never know, we are much closer to 'it could happen' these days. I do not believe that the Dharma Initiative started the whole thing either. I believe they went there in order to research and perhaps exploit power on the island. I think there may have been more than one group of 'Others' though, and only Richard and Widmore know about it all. Richard also affiliated himself with the Dharma Initiative for awhile - since he was the one that recruited Juliet - which means he appeared to be working with or for Ben, even if he wasn't. I THINK Richard was there when Ben's DAD came to the island, as well as Richard visiting John Locke when he was a little boy.

I have watched LOST since the first season. I love the show. I did miss last night's episode, but I plan on catching it next Wed. before the new episode. The time jumping thing...I'm not sure...It's kind of confusing. I would have to see more than one episode to make a full judgement.

Watching!! I found it interesting between all the time leaps recently how everything connects. I don't want to ruin it for anybody who hasn't seen it all, but most interesting includes the fact that Ben knew how to get himself off the island, the fact that people are coming in contact with other people on the island and realizing who they are - ie John sees Charles Widmore (Penny's dad) as a military guy under Richard Alpert... Alpert too jumps through time - or at least never ages. Then there's the fact that Jin goes back in time and meets Rousseau as her group is washing up on the island... and she is 16 or 17 years younger. So... Alpert can come and go from the island and he seems to. Ben obviously can come and go. Mr. Friendly can come and go - as he stalks and threatens Michael aka Kevin Johnson in New York. Charles Widmore obviously could leave since he was on the island once and is now spending his time and money trying to find it again. Desmond got there by accident and then got recruited by dharma people to push the button in the hatch...

I have to tell you, I thought Lost was confusing when it would just show the past and the present. It wasn't too bad as they were showing the past of the characters so you could get a little glimpse of how that character ended up on the island. Now with this time jumping thing, I get a little dizzy. You never know where your going to end up or how. I am a little excited at the prospect of maybe seeing some of the characters that they have killed off(hopefully we'll get to see more than just Ethan.) It's just really hard to keep up, but it's hard for the characters toe keep up too. Anyway, I haven't seen this weeks episode(haved it recorded on the DVR). It should be interesting to see how this all progresses.

Lost is totally awesome. The writers are absolutely great. And it looks like John Locke is gonna be the God of the island and even pull Whidmore's strings if the time change scenes are any indication. It's just great entertainment.

It's pretty disappointing so far. I used to wait for new episode every week and that waiting was killing me. Now I'm kinda bored watching new episodes and I'm losing interest in this show.

I love the whole concept of time travel in lost. However, I don't get the idea how time travel moved the island? Could it be possible that the whole island is man made? Or did the island go to a different dimension? It's a very weird show but it is very entertaining. Can't wait to see the how the story unfolds

I have watched Lost since the Pilot episode. I am very curious about where this time leaping is going to lead. Will the Oceanic 6 get back to the island? Everytime some questions are answered, new ones arise. This is one fascinating show that has got me so hooked. I can't wait to see how it ends!

I'm watching it online. Infact i need to catch up on last nights. I watch it at work and I have to put it off. The time leap is kind of odd. The show is cool when there is something grounded in reality but when you get off into time travel and monsters it gets kinda odd. I look forward to how it all will end though and I love the characters!

I am watching this 5 season. I think all seasons was good. This is something new. For example travelling in the time. Something great for fan of this stuff.
