Well we try to avoid people who are HIV positive. But if they are close relatives like brothers and sisters what would you do? Do you really care for them or just try to avoid?

I don't think i will avoid them in anyway, no matter they are relatives or not, there are also lot many uncurable disease like diabetes and all, then only give hype only to aids, its not the only disease which can't be cured. we should treat hiv possitives as we do other normal people, or people with uncurable diseases like diabetes.

I would take care of them. As long as you are careful you won't have a problem. It is a terrible way to die. A little kindness will go a long way.
