I just watched a movie yesturday and the mood is still lingering with me today it is called "My Sister's Keeper" it is a very sad, emotional movie that made me cry all the way through it after watching it I am thankful for many blessings in my life (ie healthy children)

depends on the topic if its something I know about without having to google it then yes I will respond with my personal experience/input if I dont know and would have to search it myself then no I wont respond I have in the past posted discussions that I could have easily just searched for an answer myself but I wanted to know about peoples' personally experience/opinions

there IS alot of salt in everything! I have high blood pressure and cant have that much salt it is really hard to stay within my recommended intake salt is a preservative so manufacturers use it to keep their product fresher longer unfortunately the ammount they have to use can kill some people

life has been pretty good to me recently aside from a couple of minor speedbumps things are good which is only to say that there have not been any major catastrophies we are all healthy and able to pay our bills
