Well they finally got rid of the IL. governor do you think he'll be convicted and go to jail? Let me know your thought on this,if your from IL. that would be even better. Thanks! tdemex

Well done Illinois House and Senate - you are getting rid of the crook. Maybe now the Illinois finances will improve and I hope one of Quinns first actions is to stop all the historical sites from being closed such as the Lincoln sites and the Dana Thomas house in Springfield. Now our Governor will bring Illinois Government back to Springfield and he will live in the beautiful Governors Mansion. Hopefully now the Feds will take aciotn and put Blagojevich where he belongs - behind bars and that his equally crooked wife goes with him. The Federal Prison in Pekin would be ideal - husband and wife just across the road from eah other.

Wow your really into it and I can't blame ya! If I lived there I'd be livid about the way this has been handled. I watch politics all the time and my question is how this guy got re-elected to begin with? But I'm sure that's another story. God Bless you people for putting up with all this sh**! I've been there (Chicago) a lot and loved it there! Hope things turn around for you ALL! tdemex

I'm glad that he is gone, I hope he is able to spend some time behind bars. I'm sure that IL would now like someone that can stay out of jail

I think the only difference between Blago and ACORN is, Blogo tried to sell an elected official postion and ACORN bought one.
