My Baby Can Read, informercial....

I was up all night flipping threw the channels and come across the informercial My baby can read. I was wondering if anyone had tried this, and if so... how was the results? What is the concept of it? Just mainly flash cards?

I have never tried one of those programs on my baby before, so I don't know if they work or not. I could see it working on a 3 or 4 year old, but not really any younger than that.

Yeah, I can see it too because they know the concept of basic language but some that they show are 8 and 9 months old, and can't help but wonder if this is one of those thare are too good to be true, or if it really works. My daughter who's 17 months old says very little, she can talk, just doesn't want to. She has more fun mumbling and jumbling, but it makes me frustrated when it comes time for her to tell me what she wants and she just wants to blab baby talk and then get's mad at me and screams, and whines at me for not understanding... lol...
