Hi, well i think it will start from within. It will need you to take whitening pills and put whitening lotion, soap, facial creams and facial peeling done by dermatologists. I think the cream Fair and Lovely has a wonderful response to other buyers here in India. I have purchased one and im now trying if it will still whitens my already fair skin. But as what i said, it will not work only if you use cream, you better take some whitening pills and all the vain whitening body products you can find in India alone else i prefer you to buy Philippine beauty products.

I don't use creams actually but I use a soap. It's sw+ss l-glutathione soap and it worked for me. I recommend it, try searching it on the net. It's a trusted soap formulated by swiss people and you can buy it online. I highly recommend it. I have fairly sensitive skin that's why I don't use creams.
