Hey guys, I'm not one to lean toward vegetables as my first option of foods, but I am trying to eat healthier. Lately I've been eating a lot more fruit, and I have to be honest when I say that I don't feel as hungry anymore. I would love to get some ideas on healthy but tasty dishes... clueless cook :)

I like to eat fruit and it is really good for you. The only problem is is that it tends to be high in carbohydrates and that is not really good for weight control. I like almost all fruits and think they are very tasty as well as being nutritious. I guess that their are lower in carb fruits but I dont know what they are.

The Gordon Ramsay Healthy Appetite cookbook is brill for healthy meal ideas, lots of classic and unusual meals but all really healthy. I think the cook yourself thin website recipes are really good too. So do you feel better for eating healthier? I've been trying to but I always fall down when it comes to chocolate, desserts or crisps. But I think it's ok to treat yourself with those things if the majority of your diet is healthy! Maybe I'm wrong though!
