Hello mylotters, I come from a minority caste(I mean it just only by numbers). In the recent years i see an increase in intercaste marriage in my caste. I feel it as a bad thing because it may cause extinction of my language, culture and tradition of my caste. I have seen people not interested in inter-religion marriage even supports intercaste marriage. Moreover there isn't more difference between these two. So what's your opinion friends? Do you agree with this? Is there any solution to stop intercaste marriage? Cheers and regards, forcashksd

Hi forcashksd, I don't think there is anything wrong with intercaste marriages as long as they love each other and not forced to marry each other. Tamara

According to me all marriages should be intercaste only to eradicate this castecism from the world. Scientifically also they are healthy marriages as two distinct genepool come together and children are strong.

Well, if you are stubborn a day will come when you won't find anyone to get married to. LOL!! And the caste (which you say is a minority) will dwindle and die. Your "language, culture, and tradition" will then die anyway. So what does it matter? I see nothing wrong in intercaste or interreligious marriages. If two people love each other, then they can get married. What on earth does it matter which God they pray to and how they pray and what language they speak with their parents? Cheers and happy Mylotting
